saathसाथ

Together, we look after them.

Saath is your family’s care team for your parents’ health. We book the doctors, follow up every report and keep every medicine on schedule. And the whole family sees every detail, wherever each of you lives.

No app for your parents to learn. Just one number, and a person who knows them by name.

Amma’s sugar is the best it’s been all year. Dr. Rao kept the same dose, and I’ve booked her eye check for the 18th.

“Everything is fine, beta.”

Every parent, on every phone call.

It’s how parents love: they keep the small things small. Saath keeps track of the small things too, so the knee pain gets seen, the report reaches the doctor, and the refill arrives before the last strip.

With Saath, “fine” comes with the details.

How it works

Settled in within a week.

  1. Step 1

    Tell us about them

Choose a membership that covers both parents. Then we look after them together.

  2. Step 2

    We meet your parents

Within 48 hours, your coordinator calls them, in their language, and builds their health profile.

  3. Step 3

We take care of the details

Appointments, tests, refills, report follow-ups and reminders, before anyone has to ask.

  4. Step 4

    The whole family sees it

Reports, medicines, visits and a monthly letter from your coordinator, in one portal for every sibling.

Two sides of one family

For your parents, a person, not a service.

They stay in charge of their lives. We’re the capable friend who handles the running around: the bookings, the queues, the follow-ups.

  • One number to remember
  • WhatsApp or a call, in their language
  • The same coordinator, who knows their history
  • No app, no passwords, no forms

For the family, the whole picture, every day.

Everything your coordinator knows, the whole family can see: you, your brothers and sisters, wherever each of you lives.

  • Every report, with what it means in plain words
  • Every medicine, dose by dose
  • Where they went, who they saw, what was said
  • Every bill, itemised, before it's paid

HbA1c came down to 6.9 from 7.4, the first time below 7 since we started. Nanna still forgets his afternoon calcium sometimes, so the helper now reminds him at lunch.

Questions

What families ask us first

Who is Saath for?

Families who want to look after their parents' health together: sons and daughters in the same city, another city or another country, with parents in India. You become the member, your siblings join you, and your parents get a care team they can call.

What do my parents actually experience?

One phone number and a WhatsApp chat with a coordinator who knows them by name and speaks their language. There's no app to learn. They call or message, and we take it from there.

Will my parents feel checked up on?

No. We work with your parents, not around them. They make their own decisions and we help carry them out. We only share what they're comfortable with the family seeing.

What does the membership pay for, and what costs extra?

The membership pays for having a team responsible for your parents: coordination, bookings, reminders, follow-ups and family updates. Tests, consultations and medicines are billed separately at transparent prices. Hands-on tasks, like going with a parent to hospital, are billed per task.

Is Saath an emergency service?

No. We don't offer 24/7 emergency response. In an emergency, call 112 or your nearest hospital first, then tell us. We'll help with everything after that and keep the family informed.

Can my brothers and sisters see the updates too?

Yes. Invite them from the family portal at no extra cost. Everyone sees the same reports, medicines and updates, so the whole family stays on the same page.

Does one membership cover both parents?

Yes. Each parent gets their own health profile under one family membership.

How is my parents' health information protected?

It's stored in India, encrypted, and visible only to your family and your coordinator. We never sell data, and we recommend doctors and labs based on what your parents need, never on commissions.

Can I cancel?

Monthly plans can be cancelled any time and stay active until the end of the paid month. Annual plans can be cancelled within 14 days for a full refund.

Tell us about your parents.

A twenty-minute call, at a time that suits you, wherever you are. We’ll listen first, then suggest what would help. There’s no obligation to join.
