The service
Saath provides healthcare coordination for members' parents. Saath is not a medical provider, does not give medical advice, and is not an emergency service.
Membership & billing
Memberships renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Third-party healthcare services and per-task services are billed separately and shown in the family portal.
Cancellation
Monthly plans can be cancelled any time and stay active until the end of the paid period. Annual plans can be cancelled within 14 days for a full refund.
