What we promise, and what we don’t
Clear limits keep care reliable.
Everyday coordination is part of every membership. Work that needs someone on the ground for hours is billed per task, so the membership stays fair for every family.
- Coordinators work 8 am to 8 pm IST, Monday to Saturday.
- Saath is not an emergency service. Call 112 first, then us.
- We never change a prescription. Only doctors do.
