How healthcare billing works
Tests, consultations and medicines are billed at the provider’s price, and any Saath fee is shown as its own line. Every bill appears in your family portal before you pay it. For example, a full-body check-up that costs ₹1,500 at the lab is billed at ₹1,650, including home collection and follow-up.
Questions
About membership
Who is Saath for?
Families who want to look after their parents' health together: sons and daughters in the same city, another city or another country, with parents in India. You become the member, your siblings join you, and your parents get a care team they can call.
What do my parents actually experience?
One phone number and a WhatsApp chat with a coordinator who knows them by name and speaks their language. There's no app to learn. They call or message, and we take it from there.
Will my parents feel checked up on?
No. We work with your parents, not around them. They make their own decisions and we help carry them out. We only share what they're comfortable with the family seeing.
What does the membership pay for, and what costs extra?
The membership pays for having a team responsible for your parents: coordination, bookings, reminders, follow-ups and family updates. Tests, consultations and medicines are billed separately at transparent prices. Hands-on tasks, like going with a parent to hospital, are billed per task.
Is Saath an emergency service?
No. We don't offer 24/7 emergency response. In an emergency, call 112 or your nearest hospital first, then tell us. We'll help with everything after that and keep the family informed.
Can my brothers and sisters see the updates too?
Yes. Invite them from the family portal at no extra cost. Everyone sees the same reports, medicines and updates, so the whole family stays on the same page.
Does one membership cover both parents?
Yes. Each parent gets their own health profile under one family membership.
How is my parents' health information protected?
It's stored in India, encrypted, and visible only to your family and your coordinator. We never sell data, and we recommend doctors and labs based on what your parents need, never on commissions.
Can I cancel?
Monthly plans can be cancelled any time and stay active until the end of the paid month. Annual plans can be cancelled within 14 days for a full refund.
Tell us about your parents.
A twenty-minute call, at a time that suits you, wherever you are. We’ll listen first, then suggest what would help. There’s no obligation to join.
