What we collect
Contact details for members, and health information about their parents that is needed to coordinate care: reports, prescriptions, readings and visit notes.
Where it's stored
Health records are stored on servers in India, encrypted at rest, and accessible only to the member's family and their assigned care team.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can access, correct or erase your family's data at any time by writing to privacy@saath.care.
